The Tory government, in Lansley's Monster 2012 Act, which was dimly accepted by Labour and the Lib-Dems (without really understanding it) sneakily, cleverly wrote into the Act:

"The SOS Health has no duty to provide a comprehensive health service"

-ready for the day the Tories decimated our NHS and privatised it-when they achieved their aim of total imposition of private health insurance (Thatcher, Howe, Redwood, Letwin et al)

The HSCA 2021 repeated the same deriliction of duty…

Previously, Milburn was brought in by Blair to allow Any Qualified Provider- ie private profiteers

An eminent FRCS, from the palatial surroundings of his ivory castle, says every GP patient should get a full history, a full examination, a differential diagnosis-all in ten minutes, (with capitation of £168 per patent per annum, as many consults as they choose…)

and criticised "One problem every consultation..."

(The Cleveland charge £650 for initial consultation…)

If we had twice as many GPs today, with full pay restoration, we could have the best primary care system in the world: seven day, rapid appointments…

GPs impose these criteria

-to give patients a chance of an appointment

-to preserve their sanity under stress, anxiety of misdiagnosis, and depression

because governments, particularly Tory, have cut numbers of GPs, failed to retain, failed to stop GPs leaving... failed to increase funding (£168 per patient per year...)

GPs will not go on strike-one by one they retire, emigrate or hand back their contracts and stop working for the NHS.

The Hallett COVID inquiry was intentionally set up far too late-to avoid blaming guilty, ex politicians.
It has not jailed people who used Signal app to erase messages (reversible), used anonymous burner phones, refused to give in their multiple phones and apps.

Exercises Cygnus and Alice were ignored to save money.
Brexit took far too long and distracted.
The People’s COVID inquiry, and PE’s MD, Phil Hammond’s book have reported years ago… as have many other countries

Now Sunak declares that all Covid expenditure should be written off... "There is no public interest!"

The "VIP" lane to give vast sums to cronies has been ruled illegal.

HOW TO SPOT SEPSIS IN CHILDREN
A child may have sepsis if he or she:
1. Is breathing very fast

5. Is very lethargic or difficult to wake
6. Feels abnormally cold to touch
If you spot any of these signs, call 999 or go straight to A&E and just ask: “could it be sepsis?”

The Last Chapter by Roy Lilley, in NHS under Siege, John Lister

The government now use the lies peddled by the Tories in right wing papers-
The Torygraph, Daily Mail etc in their war against frontline doctors:

They use the nobbled, lynched DDRB to keep pay low...
It comprises government appointed cronies-hardly independent…
Told the % limit of any award-hardly independent…
Government regularly chop its recommendation- hardly independent…

Government use the DDRB to hold down other sector’s pay…
it should recommend on March 30th in retrospect for that year-
after every other sector-not forward…

GP referrals:

Referrals from your GP doctor should not be cancelled by this Tory government. A GP doctor will never refer unnecessarily: the referral should be direct to the specialist or consultant, not vetted and referred back by a pimply youth for “guidance”

A GP with eleven year's training and x years experience is the professional best placed to decide further steps.

As always, the Tory government tries to dilute the medical profession, curtail their opinions and subjugate them.
Talk to GPS, take onboard their views to improve the NHS and Social Care, not decimate it

NHS Dentistry!!!

Dentists have now been underpaid, and mostly turned against the NHS and gone private
The only wayto revive NHS dentistry is to provide a dentist with premises, surgery, staff, wages, gas, electric
for basic extractions, fillings iOS, plastic dentures

(for those dentists not rich, ambitious, incapable or brave enough to go private)

Can we still afford the NHS and Social Care

With uncollected tax estimated at between £36 billion and £119 billion per year, can we afford for the country’s economic options (and health funding) to be dictated by the wealthiest one percent?

With tens of millions of people wholly dependent upon the NHS, with no option to skip queues and go private, Britain can not afford the long term economic and social cost of keeping taxes low for the rich by allowing the NHS and its performance to fail? It is not a question of – can we afford the NHS – rather – we have to afford the NHS or this country’s economic outlook will be bleak.

A new tax directly proportional to income is fair!
